My sons took us there for Father's day brunch. We sat outside on the beautiful patio. Our waiter was Andrew and he made sure... we were well taken care of and he was very pleasant. Great job by all the staff. Read more
I wanted to try something different, and I was pleasantly surprised. We started with the baked brie and jam, which was... excellent. I would have preferred more bread, but thats my only negative comment. We both ordered the biscuit and gravy, and Iwas very surprised at how good it was. This particular dish is one that I'm quite picky with, and it struck me as a Frenchcountry approach to it. The biscuits and sausage gravy were excellent, the hash browns were fresh, and the eggs were good aswell (I'm not a big egg eater). I have no complaints about my experience at all. Great service for an average fine dining restaurant but was hoping for more of an experience. I would have appreciated wait... staff who could recommend drinks or provide insight on which might be sweeter as example or recommend wine pairings. Food wasdelicious though my $50 steak was overdone. Atmosphere is classic but not trendy nor quiet and without some of these "extras"it fell a bit flat for me & I felt it was overpriced. Read more
