Ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi dinner. Steak was overcooked, only 4 shrimp. Rice tasted like it was out of an uncle bens... 90 second package. Was it terrible? not entirely. Was it good? absolutely not. Spent around 40 dollars, just not worth it in myopinion. Read more
Ordered my food online and was told to pick it up 6:15. I arrived at 6:20 and finally got my order at 6:50. Seems like to me... they didn't get to my order until after I arrived. No apologies or explanations on why. Got home and food was sub par. Which isvery disappointing considering the food in the past has been good. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll be back. The customer service wasterrible. If it was busy i would have been more understandable but the restaurant had 3 tables sat and 2 were sat after Iarrived to pick up my food. Read more
I don’t ever rate or post reviews but tonight was extremely bad service. It Took 30 min to have our ordered taken after being... seated. Then another hour to get our appetizer! Several plates were brought to our table that weren’t ours. We had to ask forthe sake we ordered and it was brought to the wrong table twice. After almost 2 hours of waiting and being overlooked we stillhadn’t received our main dish.. we had been patient and understanding since they were busy and Probably short handed. But whenpeople walk in after you and get served before you all while u have waited for nearly 2 hours it’s no longer about beingpatient. It was time to speak up and leave. As we did! But not before they expected us to pay for the meal we didn’t get. Weoffered to pay for the items we did get but requested the main dish be removed.
