I placed a order a 6 pm. At 830 pm I went to the store to find out what happened. I had tried to call the store and was placed... on hold or disconnected for 40 min. I never talked to anyone at the store. When I arrived at the store there was two peopleinside and two out back. The manager came back in and he was very confused. He asked if I didn?t get some of my order. I said Ididn?t get any of it. Which really confused him due to my order not even being there in the store anymore. His only excuse wasthat they are short handed. Do not use this location. They have screwed up multiple orders for me. Read more

Just wanted to drop a quick note thanking the General Manager James for a very timely reply to a complaint I made. There was a... significant delay in my delivery tonight but he replied promptly, explained what happened, and promised to get to the bottom ofit.
