Gallatin location is horrible. The absolute worst. I swore them off about a year ago but since DQ was closed due to a fire, I... figured why not. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with nothing being said. I go by, and the employees are standingaround, 2 with their phones out. The laziness is ridiculous and the managers do not care. I generally just ignore places withlazy employees but considering corporate has not contacted me any of the 3 times I've emailed them, I'll just leave this hereinstead. Read more
NEGATIVE 5 STARS is more appropriate!! Been to this location twice and both times they got my order incorrect. To make things... worst, when I returned to have it corrected, not just the employee but the MANAGER was upset that I didn't have a receipt forthe order even though I was just handed the WRONG order 4 minutes prior. She returned to the window handed me my correct orderwith her head turned while talking to someone else and let the window slam NO apology No eye contact NO smile!!! The 2nd visitwas just more of the same only this time didn't involve a manager. When I returned to get the correct order I handed the receiptto the employee but she never gave the receipt back to me. I wanted it so I could do the survey. One of the cooks actually cameto the window and said "you really want your receipt"??...SMH I go to a lot of restaurants but this hands down is one of theworst places I've ever been to...and it's not the chicken....IT'S THE EMPLOYEES!! At this point why is Popeyes even open on Gallatin Rd? They are always out of everything no matter what time of day it is. They... stay open until 10 but by 8 they are out of almost all of the menu items "for the rest of the night." Just close it and theMadison location. They are both GARBAGE!! The food is good but the service is always poor. The price is also on the high side for what you get. Today the doors were... locked at 3pm on a Friday.
