I highly recommend this place. I rate it a solid 5 stars. Came from out of town and I knew no one here, felt very homesick and... was out of my comfort zone. I would give a zero if I could. I typically don?t create reviews but I had to this time. This was my families first experience... at this restaurant as we typically will drive 40 minutes to Pickerington just to go to Zappatas. However we wanted to supportbusiness literally 2 minutes from our home. Got there and was seated in a filthy booth. Ordered our drinks and food and the guydidn?t understand what we were asking for (all considering we wanted more silverware). Daughters (2) hotdog was over cooked,sons (12) burrito seemed to be sitting for a while. My wife and I ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas and jumbomargaritas. Shrimp could be dribbled like a basketball. Ordered my order older son take away when we first ordered so he couldhave food after football practice. Never brought out however was on the bill. Asked to take it off and waitress said to give it2 min. Oh never saw my waitress for the remainder of the night. Dropped our drinks off and never saw again. Hostess was on herphone so much my wife almost got up to ask was she texting our waitress to come back to the table If I am paying for good foodand good service provide it. We didn?t appreciate the excuses given. First and last time here. And please for the sake of myintelligence do not respond with the same system generated response given for unsatisfactory service and good quality.
