As a Brooklynite I approve this pizza joint. It's a taste of away from home (NYC) especially in a town filled with crab shacks... everywhere you turn. Pizza is sold by a slice like it should be. I love the pizza and cheese steaks here! You can't go wrong! The pizza is NY-style, though I'm sure you folks from 'the city'... will always find flaws with it if it's not from there. But, I love it. Large, floppy, cheese-covered, and so delicious. Theircheese steaks aren't authentic to Philly, but they are very large, very filling, and really savory. I have ordered from Frank and Luke's through Uber Eats 18 times as well as called in a few orders directly. I had a hard time... deciding between 3 and 4 stars. Their food tastes incredible. I would say as far as taste goes it is the best pizza placearound. However, their food quality and service is mediocre at best. We hesitate to order from here when we have guests becausethe majority of the time there is something wrong with the order. We've had numerous burnt crusts, wrong or missing items, ahair in the cheese of a pizza, center of the box smashed down on the pizza (yes, happened during delivery but they don't includethe barbie tables to prevent it). I came here because a reviewer of Ghost House Cheese steaks said their cheese steak was $17 and no sides. He said F & L was... better. Can't judge Ghost but the sub at F &L was really good.
