Waited for over 30 minutes to pick up my order. Guy told me it was in the over while he was sweeping up. When the manager came... in, i found out the guyd had not even made it yet. Read more
Wow customer service sucks. They charge a delivery fee plus want a tip then told me it would be a 65 to 95 minute delivery time... then immediately hung up the phone. Can?t believe how rude these people are. I would fire them all and get new friendly staffthat knows how to deal with the public. Read more
I ordered on the app a pizza and garlic knots. It Said hr to hr and half for delivery. Got it in about half hr. But the food... was cold almost no sauce on pizza. No marinara for the garlic knots and I ordered an extra one and didn't receive it. Verydisappointing to receive cold food before estimated delivery time. Won't order from here again waste of money. Ordered 10 pizzas for my shift 3 hours in advance...arrived at the scheduled time and was told all 10 had been accidentally... given to someone else and it would take 15 minutes to completely remake the order. It took 45, during which time I heardconstant complaints from other customers regarding order accuracy or completion in the first place. I've never had such an issuewith any other Papa John's and certainly hope this location gets their act together. Read more
