I have been to this old Chicago three times now. Even on their busiest day my family and I are treated nicely. The food is very... good. This last time I went, my fiancé ordered the beer burger (his favorite). I ordered the Tuscan chicken with spinach pizza.We had bruschetta as a starter. I came in after a long day of work. Dirty and smelly and placed an order of spaghetti and meatballs with extra garlic bread to... go and the hostesses and the waitresses by the front door we're outstanding. Treated me gracefully and went out of their way totake my order and get me out the door as quickly as possible and I couldn't have been happier. We usually go to OC once a week and usually leave a 20% or more tip. Our bill is usually about $50 - $75. Today we waited 15... minutes to be seated. Then another 10 minutes before our our waitress appeared and ask for our order but we had not been givenmenus. We ordered our drinks and 20 minutes later no drinks, no order taken. We waited a while longer and there was still nodrinks and no service so we went to another restaurant that had great service and outstanding food and not nearly as expensive. I'm sure the loss of one loyal customer doesn't mean a lot but I felt it was important to let the mangement know that they lostour patronage. Read more
