I love the subs and the environment. Unfortunately, today that thought has been altered. After years of being a loyal customer.... I decided to introduce my fiancé to jersey mikes because he?s never been. I placed an order online prior to going to the beach.I sent my fiancé in to pick up the subs and he came out with out a smile on his face. I asked ?how was it? Were they nice?? Heresponds ?ummm actually no?. I?m surprised I ask what happened. He tells me that the cashier commented on his beach shirt. Herexact words were ? you couldn?t decide what animal you wanted to be today?? His respond was ?what?s wrong with my shirt? i neverseen a pink cheetah..? then he goes on to say that the other employees in the back began to laugh at him and say ?I?ve seen itall??.. I was not going to write this review I was actually going to call but after seeing the blue sticky that holds the bagtogether ?family and friendly atmosphere? really did it for me. My fiancé felt that he was being made fun of and he actuallysaid the sun was the best sub he?s had from a sub chain and suggested I did not write the review because the sub was soo good.But if your quality of service doesn?t match your food, I?m unsure what your priority is as a whole, it?s more then just profit.ultimately had that been my child we would have a huge bullying issue on our hands. Extremely rude!!!! I ordered 2 sandwiches. One is philly cheesesteak & the other is Kahuna sandwich on a gluten-free bread. when... I got my orders, both is on a white bread. I asked the lady and the guy who made our sandwiches , if they are sure that theKahuna bread is gluten-free because it looks like it's not. he replied with " yes, what do you think, we want our customers toget sick??!! I loved that I ordered online and went to pick it up and it was already waiting for me. However something told me to check my... order. I checked and the sandwich was not as I customized. So I went to Jersey Mike's. I have not been there in a long time. I was shocked at the price increase. I spent 20.00 on a Giant... Sub with a drink. The food was good. The service was awesome. Professional, courteous and kind. I will go back to my local Deliand get a Fresh Giant Sub of same quality for way less. I pray the owner at least raised his staff's hourly wage.
