Came here yesterday because i was in the area for my soup and decided to stop for my adult kids. Parked and walked in. Wasnt... greeted at all. I get in line and employee says they are only taking debit or credit card and there is no quac. Ok fine. Iordered 2 bowls. Where do I start. The white rice was clumped together and he didnt even try to get them out, not enough andwhen I asked for more he only put a dash of rice like come onnn! Then alittle beans like under half the spoon, yound lady didthe chicken, was a full scoop. My next bowl, barbacoa, she took the tongs to pick up meat, hardly anything, 2 times 1/2tablespoonful if that. Put the rest of toppins on. I go pay with card, insert can to pay. Tells me to remove card, thought i wasdone, he says insert again, i do that, says remove card, again he says it didnt read. I tap and it takes card. I just hope idont have 3 charges on my card. Experience was horrible. Kids stated food was horrible. That store needs to get it together. Illjust go to my regular Chipotle, way better. Read more
They don't like to prepare your the that I know best. I asked for them to add rice to my quesadilla for my grandson they stated... they could not do it. Now I have been going there getting the same thing three times a week. Each time I have stated I willextra the extra charge just for a little bit of rice. I think it's just time to change eatery's. This location can't seem to get my internet orders right. The last 4 times I've ordered from this location they've gotten... something wrong. And the amount of chicken they put in a bowl has decreased each time to the point where I ended up with morecheese than chicken in my last order. I think they're overloading the cheese to hide the fact that there's half as much chickenin the bowl as there used to be. Also, I requested extra fajitas and got exactly 5 pieces of green pepper and 1 piece of onion.The bowl was half empty. Other locations don't seem to screw up my orders and don't short the order portions the way thislocation does. I gave them 4 chances. I will never order from this Gardena location again. Read more
