This review is not because the restaurant is bad. On the contrary, i like the food. Its because it closes at 7pm. You serve... chicken and you're not open during dinner hours? EVERYTIME I want to order food from you, you're closed. Fried/ rubbed chickenis a comfort food, its what ppl crave late at night on the weekends after a night out etc. You're next to a COLLEGE, you couldbe recieveing orders until 11pm if you wanted. Very nice, made to order chicken. They have a range of spice level that go from mild to????. If you can't decide on which spice... level, go for the 2 slider option and mix it up. You can't see it looking from the front but there is a great outdoor seatingarea just to the right. Read more
For a hole in the wall... This chicken spot does pretty good. My favorite are their strips. Can't go wrong there with all those... flavors they got, you can mix and match. Oh man, This place is amazing. The Cali heat is a must try for those who enjoy flavorful spicy wings. Has a really good kick and... lasting burn but nothing too crazy which is what I love. Not from the area, came out for something else and stumbled upon this gem. Fyrebird beats all other chicken spots I've tried.... 10/10. Worth the drive out, the customer service was as good if not better than the chicken. Hyped me up and they knocked it outthe park. Super family friendly and everything was amazing. The atmosphere was a pleasant outdoor experience that really makes ufeel like a little getaway from the surrounding city. Fun photo ops with the decorative mural. Great options for kids of allages. It's a bit far from where I'm at but I'll definitely be back soon. If I could suggest a few items, for me I'm not big onspice but their spicy options offer a broad range from mild to if your wild. Their fries can feed a family and is tasty andhearty. Sause options pair well with the chicken and fries. The bun is a compliment not the star of the show or villains in somecases. Again everything tasted fresh and was prepared properly, chicken was not pounded by Mike Tyson and they even I believe,remove the tendon part from the breasts and tenders making it easy to eat and bite.
