On 10/1/2022 around 9 15pm...I ordered a spicy nacho munchie meal and a kids cheeseburger. They gave me a plain chicken sandwich... with just mayo. And when I called to notify them. They told me they heard a spicy chicken combo. Which makes no sense because Iwas charged for a munchie meal and got the box. Then they're going to say that they don't sell that item anymore. In that casewhy wasn't I informed?.? Or am I wrong for needing to know that small detail?.? As an ex jack in box emoyee I try to be patientand give them the benefit of the doubt but they just kept saying oh I'm sorry. But they didn't bother to compensate not that ieven want my money back for the food. At least have it exchanged for anything else at least. I wouldve gotten a differentburger at least. Not to mention the kids patty looked like it was burnt from the sides and laying there for a while.the tacoswere soggy like they took it out early or it has been laying for a while. They were probably in-between break time or shiftchange but the service overall was bad. And the emoyees sounded lost like they didn't know what to say?.? I didn't even botherto ask for a lead because it seemed like they didn't even have one based on the quality of the food. The wait times on drive-thru are always ridiculous. There's no point using the app because by the time you get there, the food... is cold. It's also in a very dodgy area. Edit: Since I first posted this review, service has been a bit faster. Food is alwaysgreat here. Read more
