Even after remodeling this location remains a joke compared to all other Chick Fil A?s. They don?t have anyone running out... curbside orders, so they let them get backed up and the food get cold and have us waiting forever until we just decide to walkin and get our order. Not to mention the drive thru is always backed up and taking forever, no matter what time of day. I havenever seen a Chick Fil A so consistently slow and incompetent as this one is. The only reason they get 2 stars is the food isconsistently good and hot when you can actually get it in time. Read more
Very friendly people! Ordered a chicken sandwich, fry and sweet tea. Pulled fries out of bag before pulling out of parking lot.... Fries COLD!!!!! My order was sitting at window. Appears they only want drive in business now! First time to eat in the dining room and the experience was not a good one. It... appears since the remodeling they would rather everyone just drive up because the service lacked it usual attentive service.Stood there for several minutes waiting for a refill and no one helped. I ordered a grilled nugget market salad a large lemonade with a cookie parfait. The entire order was wrong they gave me a sweet... tea. They put shredded chicken on my salad did not give me any salad dressing that I asked for and my parfait had no fruit in itjust cookie crumbles plus it tasted like it was old. This location?s service has been terrible since they reopened. I am highlydisappointed almost $20 and couldn?t even enjoy my meal what a waste. Read more
