Hubby treated me to breakfast. Never ate here before, so I had the waitress recommend me something she liked off the menu. And... her recommendation was AMAZING! Had the California Eggs Benedict, husband had chicken and biscuits with gravy, we were VERY-VERYpleased with everything to include the banana nut muffin and orange juice. Food was hot, everything tasted fresh, food wasdelicious, service was exceptionally great, and it was a clean and calm environment to enjoy my food. Will definitely go again,bring my kids next time. My dad, nephew and I decided to eat at Perkins tonight. Our first problem, only getting one straw when we ordered three drinks.... Which isn?t a big one. Second, poor food quality. Our food was burnt and had a bad taste. My dad received severely burnt toastthat was cold. Hash browns where cold. My sandwich toast was burnt but not badly.
