Employees have mostly been great, but an experienced barista needs to teach the employees how to make the drinks. They are doing... the best with what they have-this is entirely a management training issue. Almost every time I go to this particular Starbucksthe drink is an entirely different shade and taste from every other Starbucks I?ve ordered it at. Literally tastes like waterwith no coffee in it. If you?re going to charge me $5+ for a drink at least train your employees how to make them correctly. Theemployees training the new employees don?t even know how to make them correctly - no fault of their own, as I?m sure that?s howthey were trained. Read more
Rude employees and my drink has never came out okay. It always tastes watered down or completely different than what I order.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in the entire life. Every time I go there the staff is rude and has an... attitude and the coffee never comes out right. I just went today and there isn?t even a single drip of coffee in my coffee. It?sflavored milk. I wasted money once again on a trash establishment. You need to train your employees better. Read more
My wife and daughters are just thrilled this is in the new PC. I get on with my shopping and they grab some drinks. Gardner is... pretty loyal to our beloved local Groundhouse but it's nice to have this option in the store. Read more
