I loved my stay here. The gals at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming at check in, the rooms were large, comfortable and... clean. The views were spectacular. We knew that the hot springs were under renovation when we booked our reservation so eventhough we were disappointed it did not affect the 5 star rating here. There was no sales pitch, and anytime I needed somethingfrom the front desk the response time was awesome. Love the surrounding small little towns. It was a very nice and relaxingstay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a large group, so had three rooms. Two were updated nicely. The third room was clean and... had a beautiful view, it just could do with an update. We visited during "off" season, so the hot springs, hot tubs, pools wereunder renovation. We really liked the location, removed, but still within 30 minutes of the lake and Heavenly. The hot springs and pools were closed for repairs. Otherwise, it's a great place for relaxing. Check in was slow. But the... rooms are nice and spacious. Natural beauty just a step outside. Walking trails, streams, wildlife refuge. Read more

The two-bedroom unit was great for two of us with business in Genoa. We chose the resort for its location. The unit needs basic... updating--gold fixtures and older kitchen. It was clean. The balconies are nice, the beds are comfortable, and the space wasappreciated. The staff at check-in was very nice. Unfortunately, the onsite restaurant was closed the days we were onsite. Rooms were nice. Staff was pleasant. We got placed on the west side, which is not the best side. We had booked well in advance,... but they said we had just booked that day. I think that is why we got the room we did. I would have preferred that they had anelectric car charger on sight. Read more
