this location needs to train their register workers better on how the app works with the linked credit card feature. today was... the 3rd time out of 5 visits in the past couple of months that I, the customer, was asked what to do after a code was scanned.they don't know what to hit on the screen to make the payment. then today I was also charged for the wrong order. I know my cardwas charged since I have text notifications when my card is charged, and it was for the wrong amount. I have no idea how thathappened since she confirmed the order with me before scanning the code. then she got the manager because she couldn't print outmy receipt. the manager said my card did not go through and I still had to pay. I showed him the text and he said that didn'tmatter. I told him that the amount I was charged was wrong and I must have been charged for the wrong order and I certainlywasn't going to pay again!! I was overcharged and the manager said he wasn't going to "go back and forth with me" and I could"have a nice day". I could have insisted he fix it but I didn't. he thought he was doing me a favor but it was the other wayaround. Read more
The employees are short, they have poor attitude, and they do not greet you at the windows. They all sound defeated, and if you... order a diet drink, they do not mark that drink or tell you which one is which (which is a major concern for someone who hasmultiple diabetics in their family) I will avoid using this McDonald?s again because I just can?t stand there. I worked here from 2016-2019 every day of the week. I had to deal with being disrespected being used mistreated by managers and... this place had some of the rudes nasty attitude females I've ever been around and overall just bad people. You can be a goodworker respectful and all none of it would matter to them.
