Really good burger and fries. Owners are very friendly too. A little pricey for a meal, but my wife easily shared one so the... total cost for two wasn't that bad. Definitely would go again. Read more
We love it the first time we came here. Today we came to get the same great food and service but instead we got no service and... never received our full order after waiting a long time for our food. The two people working had no clue what they are doing.The lady was very hard to understand and she did not listen to what we said. The whole experience was horrible. Not to mentionit is hot inside the eating area. I hope they fix this soon or they won't last. Read more
I'm posting this in hopes that the owner will see it. This was my second visit to your location. The first was pretty dang... good, so we decided to visit again. The woman you had working today should not be working the register nor alone in yourstore. She was very hard to understand and when I asked her how big the patty was, whether 1/3 or 1/4 pound, she showed me asize with her hand and said it isn't very big. Secondly, she told me that it would be about 10-15 minutes before the food wouldbe ready. Make that 23 minutes after I paid. That is a very long time for a hamburger shop! The food was good, but I don'tthink it's worth the trouble. Please make sure you always have at least two people in there working! Read more
The guys that work there are very customer friendly, so I'm guessing that's the biggest reason for all the five star reviews.... The place is small but clean. The burgers are expensive and not worth $12.50 for burger, fries and drink. The one thing thatwill have me go back is it's the only place around I know of that'll put a fried egg on your burger. And the fried egg isperfectly cooked. 3 star burger, 5 star customer service. If they upgrade the burger patty quality I'll definitely rate it a 5. Read more
