In the past, this was my go to. Tonight, the lobby: all tables dirty, trash on floors; drive thru/kitchen, floor a mess; order... counter: cashier didn?t know how to take cash payment or count change, shake machine was a disaster area. Food arrived 1 minuteafter ordered and before employee started my shake. Food:cold fries and meat patty. Attendant was at counter on her phone untilI approached counter and said I was ready to order. I gave two stars because the staff were very friendly when I came in and food came out quickly and was pretty good. But the... store really needs some deep cleaning. It?s pretty filthy. I?m sure it?s tough on understaffed/underpaid workers but there wasso much dirt and grime on the soda machines, and down on the counters, trash cans, chairs, floor, etc. it even has a bit of asmell to it. I have okay service the few times I have eaten here. I went today and was so disappointed in the service. Very unfriendly in... the drive up. They guy was chewing on a spoon the entire interaction.
