I think they're short staff I came into the store nobody at the cashiers, I decided to use drive thru it took like 25 to 30... minutes to get my food and they forgot my fries and they don't even have their shakes available. Honestly I don't think I'llever come to this place again and don't recommend it to anyone unless your looking to waste time. Read more
We ordered a whopper with cheese, original chicken sandwich with cheese ( had no cheese) 8 piece chicken nuggets, mozzarella... sticks and onion rings. The bin on the burger was to hard to eat and was not even grilled. The chicken sandwich had to be be 2to 3 hours old as well as the nuggets and and other sides. I put all I'm the air fryer, worse. Took back. The young lady didthis was not right The Mgr acted as if she could not retrieve the receipt that we never got. I told her the card number used.Will never go back. Just too slow. Placed an order pick-up at 6:01, arrived at 6:07. Left with our food at 6:52, 8 minutes before my child's... practice started. They had no idea what they were doing.. The drive thru gentleman didn't know what he was doing nor did hecare....he was actually dancing, we saw him. The manager wasn't informative that it would be a 40 minute wait. Awful, would notgo back to this location. Really need a change in employees. Read more
AVOID! Very slow service! Disorganized! Looked like only one person was handling the grill, one person handling the fries, one... person restocking/clearing out the garbage bins, and the manager handling the orders. If anyone is doing DELIVERIES, pleaseavoid this establishment. Customers, both dine-in and drive-thru, were waiting 20+ min for their orders. I overheard a customerstating they waited for a mobile order in the drive-thru for over an hr, so they came in to the establishment to check on theirorder, but it was still not completed. I waited about 30 min for my order, and when completed, I left. When I left, I stillnoticed this gentleman still waiting for his already 1 hr mobile order. I've also seen customers come in, wait, and leave. Theemployee that was handling the restocking looked like they didn't want to be there. Manager looked exhausted from thedisorganization, the employee handling the fries also tried to help the manager, and the employee handing the grill looked likehe was at capacity with handling the burgers. This establishment needs more staff members to help the load off on the currentemployees or recruit experienced ones. Read more
