Just an overall terrible experience. Took over 2 hours for them to start making my pizza. Workers were no help when I called.... Eventually was able to cancel the order because I got tired of waiting. Steer clear of this place. Just a waste of time Read more
3 stars because the pizza is still good. This location has has some SERIOUS staffing issues, and kudos to the ones that show up.... Idk who runs this particular location but they obviously don?t care about having the staff to run this efficiently. If you orderfrom here expect to have a long wait time. I feel bad for the staff who try their best to run this place. :( Read more
I payed for delivery and after two hours of waiting with no notification at all i called just to know my order was not gonna be... delivered, they told me to go pick the pizza myself and that it would be done in 15 minutes, completely untrue, took anotherhour for them to prepare my order once i was already in store. Ordered online at 4pm app at 6pm no pizza and was told driver knocked but no answer (no true) order was remade and 7pm still... no pizza called and manager said pizza was there and they were short handed. Negative stars! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I waited over two hours for a delivery and when it... finally came, I was delivered someone else?s food. This seems to be a common occurrence at this particular location.Unreasonable wait times due to lack of delivery drivers and also a clear lack of quality control. When I called this evening Iwas given the option of either a remade order (which I wasn?t willing to wait another 2+ hours for) or a store credit. Idemanded a full refund as I no longer want to deal with this franchise ever again. Side note.. it?s not even that the food issuper great, most people order from places like this out of convenience.
