I ordered a pizza and it's been over an hour. They wouldn't even answer the phone. Low class customer service for sure.

Really like the new Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza they introduced. Has a different crust to their cheaper pizzas so have been... getting it since they introduced it. Went in today, 10/30/2022, and ordered it and even told the girl taking my order how much Iliked the crust and it made warming up leftovers really good too. Their cheaper pizzas never warm up well since the crust is notgood. So what the hell do I see when I get home but the crust for the cheaper pizzas. Really ticked me off especially as I wasjust saying how much I liked the better crust. Wouldn't surprise me if they did this just because I said I liked it better. Theyhave also been steadily reducing the amount of pepperoni they are using too as I get less and less each time I order it. Plus Ihave paid three different prices for the Fanceroni Pepperoni with three different order takers. I always add black olives andjalapenos and I have paid $10.71, over $14.00, and today, $12.71. Seems like they just do whatever they want there and chargewhatever they want there. Really crummy service and food. Read more
