The cashier at the front counter was a lot more courteous than the lady manager on duty. I went there several years ago, and... that SAME GROUCHY, HOT TEMPERED, AND CONSTANTLY FROWNING MANAGER was there back then!!! I rember how a complaining customertalked with her, and she took care of the problem, but offered no sympathy, and did not ask for any details about what wentwrong. Just did the bare minimum and nothing more. The food there is great, and very fresh. The ingredient portions are alarge amount. The taco seasoned meat, chicken, and refried pinto beans are all cooked fresh in house, along with gratingcheese, diced tomatoes and diced onions. I can definately understand the high prices on the menu; it takes more labor toprepare the food like Taco Casa does. As a result, the food is better than Taco Bell, and I like Taco Casa better than TacoCabana. Speaking of Taco Bell, Taco Casa is partly based on the old ways Taco Bell used to season their Taco meat, and used tocook pinto beans in a giant pressure pot, and once diced tomatoes and onions in house like they did when I worked there 35 yearsago. A Taco Casa REGULAR TACO, and a TACO LITE taste exactly the same today as Taco Bell tacos and their now discontinued TacoLite tasted in the 1980s, along with their RED SAUCE they use on their enchilada type item with the red sauce, cheese, and blackolives on it that is served in a oval shaped bowl. I think it is the Enchirito. This RED SAUCE is not the same as the hotsauce they sell in bottles, or have in packets, it's used in the food service line on the various items and is identical intaste to Taco Bell's old 1980's style red sauce. The worker they had this day was rather rude. I watched them just throw my food together like she had an attitude. Sometimes I... feel if you really don't like people or helping people isn't "Your Thing" don't work in fast food. Because as a customer Ididn't ask you to get that job!! So Don't take it out on me Update.. since the last post I haven't had a problem from thislocation since then. It's been a very pleasant experience. Which is great because I love their food Read more

This place can't keep workers and that makes me wonder. Can't dine in cause they can't get staff and waiting 45 minutes to get... through a fast food line that makes tacos and burritos is a horrible joke that no one finds amusing. Only time I can eat hereis on the flukes when no one is around. It's like chasing a unicorn since you can wait 5-10 just having 2 cars in front ofyou. Maybe you should hire some taco bell employees and pay a better wage? Read more

That the only reason I give this location a four-star instead of a 5S because it?s the only location where you sit in the... drive-through line for 30 minutes to an hour waiting on your food. Otherwise the people there are extremely nice when you get tothe window and the food is absolutely amazing. One other reason for the four-star is they still do not have dine in service. Read more
