I ordered the Frisco Burger and instead of the sourdough bread bun they gave me the regular bread bun and no cheese on my burger... either. Was very disappointed with the service and I just expected more. I expected what I ordered. Not what they decided togive me I would not recommend this place. They did not notify me of these changes or let me know that they did not have whatthey needed so I'm very disappointed!!!???????? Read more
Waited 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the drive thru window I asked what was happening, and the... woman replied lots of people are coming in for breakfast. I would hope that would be the case, but the service was extremelyslow and no apologies from the staff. Maybe short staff, but I feel it was a attitude and people problem, not what one wouldexpect from a newer Hardee's franchise store. Read more
My husband went through the drive thru today. Took less than 5 minutes to get home. Both burgers looked microwaved and the... patties were cold. Could not eat them. Tried calling multiple times no answer and no answering machine set up. Read more
Ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger, supposed to have 2 crispy onion rings, crispy bacon and bbq sauce. Here?s what it had: 1... tiny mushy onion ring, hardly any bbq sauce and the bacon was not crispy at all, couldn?t even eat it because it wasn?t cookedenough. The hamburger patty looked gray and tasted warmed up, not to mention it was pretty much cold when I got it home?lessthan 3 minute drive! The fries tasted like they were cooked in 6 months old grease. If I could leave no stars I would first of all my boyfriend goes here a lot and as never once gotten even warm food. The one... time I went they messed up my cold food,the first 10 minutes in the store 4 different people had their order messed up. When Iwent to bring mine back the manager actually took it, with a terrible attitude, and as I was telling her the three things thatwere wrong she yelled at me after the first one and said that she heard me the first time, when I haven't even finished tellingher.. the whole time remaking my order she had an attitude and when I finally got it it was still cold and still wrong. Theservice is so bad customers will be better off going behind the counter and making the food themselves. I can't possibly imaginethis location being open much longer. Read more
