Incredibly slow service. Had a curbside order for a frappe and took over 15 minutes. They weren?t packed at all. After 10... minutes I walked into the store, then I saw my order on the table so I turned around thinking they would be bringing it outsoon. 5 minutes later I?m still waiting. Only wanted a Caramel Frappuccino and told to use the kiosk but the menu on the kiosk showed the drink not available. So I... stood at the counter for an extended time waiting, and waiting, and waiting just so I could ask an employee if they were ableto make my request and they said yes but I needed to place my order on the kiosk. When they finally allowed me to explain theproblem with the kiosk they reluctantly took my order the old fashioned way at the register. Read more
