My ice cream, Nutty Coconut had chunks of ice in it. The Mint Chocolate Chip was more like an Oreo ice cream with very little... mint flavor. Also got a quart of Jamocha Almond Fudge. The quality and taste/texture of all the ice cream was more like icemilk. Very watery even though it was frozen. Asked to add a scoop in a cup once we got to the window and the clerk said 'I can'ttake orders at the window '.???????? What happened to the quality at Baskin Robbins. No receipt given. I went to the Baskin Robbins at 6060 W Ridge Rd, Gary, IN 46408. I ordered a 3 scoop Sunday it wasn't until I got home and... realized that my scoops were half scoops they weren't full scoops I paid over $7 almost $8 for a Sunday that didn't even fit thesize of the cup. I also order a bottle of water because they told me that they did not have any more ice for a cup of ice waterand I did not even get my bottle of water. It was such a disappointing experience.
