I try not to stop here. I will start off with they weren't even busy. No one in drive. All around terrible service, terrible... wait time, and terrible attitude all around. I ordered mobile because I was working in the area and I know they take long ordon't respond at all in drive from previous experience. It was not great outside so decided to go in drive versus curbside.Waited in drive. No greeting or anything. My order wasn't even taken. Finally drove around to three girls talking at the windowincluding the one that was supposed to be taking my order. They make some off handed comment. I tell them my name. Go to thesecond window they ask again if I had so and so meal. I receive my stuff then ask for my bottled water. Get an odd attitude.Just really insane. If you can help it AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Because ive worked at mcdonalds at one time im very critical of how things are being done. And i wasnt impressed at all. There... is to much playing around and were not keeping up with things. OBSERVATIONS 1.have a person keep the outside clean 2.brighten upthe place its dated 3.training is essential. The young lady that helped me was horrible on the register. Is that it is notsuggestive selling. Wasnt friendly at all. 4.alot of playing around. Use that time to stockup and clean up. Everyone, manager included, seemed more about talking with each other than taking our order. It just seems to be a friends of... the staff gathering place. Restaurant was clean but not spotless, a little less talking would change that Read more
They didn't give me what I ordered and then with nobody in line had to move to one of the spots to wait for my food. This is no... longer a fast food service. Better check your food before u leave. Read more
