The service was quick and professional! The restaurant was super clean and the Manager Keyon was very friendly and greeted me... with a smile as soon as I walked in! I had stopped going to wing stop cause the food was nasty, and dry. So today I gave it a try again and let me tell you they have... changed. The customer service was good.and the wings were delicious. I ordered the 30pc original hot bone in with fries. Iasked the girl lexi to make them juicy and they sure did. Will be coming back. The manager is rude and nasty as heck! My husband paid for our chicken to be fried hard, he showed the manager the receipt where... it stated it, and he refused to fix our order. One of the guys under the manager wanted to fix it when he realized his mistake,but the manager told him ? you?re not going to redo the order, he?s going to take his food and leave,? while rolling his eyesand neck. Of course, my husband did not like that because he spent over $30 on some undercooked chicken. They ended up callingthe police on my husband to leave. The officers were super nice and even agreed that the chicken was undercooked, but they stillhad to do their job and asked my husband to leave, which he had no problem doing. We learned our lesson and won?t be giving thisestablishment any more of our money. I hate that my people have some of the nastiest attitudes when they are in a position ofpower. Worst one around. They mess my order up every time not because no one saw the request but because they don't care. I paid for... all drums which is an extra cost but because no one wanted to cook them I got a mixture. This had had happened the last 3times. The last time I was told by the manager I would get a refund on my whole order within 5 to 7 business but surprise I didnot. Wait times are atrocious especially for food that is not good. I have waited 40 minutes past what time my order wassupposed to be ready and not because they are short staffed. Wings are fried together so when you get home you have wings thatare missing skin or just stuck together because they were not cooked properly. My advice, don't go there but if you do, checkyour food before you leave because I'm sure it's wrong or old looking. Read more

Ordered two 30 piece wings with Mango Habernaro, Asian spicy, Hawaiian, BBQ and the seasoning was mild ( not spicy like it... advertised) with only average flavor. Plus, it did not show if any dipping sauce was included, but offered sm. and LG. at aprice. For some reason it would only let me order one for each 30 piece. I ordered a LG. Ranch and sm. Bluecheese.
