They're trash they messed my food up completely and it's not the 1st time I came in for a refund this morning and got told that... there's no manager by the name of Bella when that's what they literally told me so I could come in and get a refund but nowthey're not letting anybody in their dining area or anything I recommend you don't go here like I said they're trash. I ordered my food through the Mobile App and then went to get it at Curb Side. After about 10 minutes someone came out and... started to hand me an order and told me what it was - I shared that it was not mine and he said "Oh - did you place a Curb Sideorder" and then he went back inside. I waited another 5 minutes before I went in and asked two people (including the manager whohad been at my car earlier) if my order had come through and asked why it was taking so long. Both people gave me the answer of"I don't know" as they walked away. NO customer service! They did not care that I had been waiting, they made no attempt tolook to see if my order was there or why it was taking so long. I finally drove off - 25 minutes after I checked in for CurbSide with no food and not even an answer as to whether my order had come through. Now I am trying to figure out how to get mymoney back since I paid for the food that the location refused to give me. I had to hunt for a number to call them because theydo not want people to call in and the rep on the phone seemed to think the order just never went through but was not overlyconcerned that the store refused to even look for the order or try to see why I had been waiting for so long. The focus istotally in the wrong place and just shows the lack of concern for the customer experience is throughout the organization.McDonalds has had a good run but if they do not start valuing their customers and developing an approach that puts the customerfirst - we may start to see a decline in the golden arches. Update: written completed submitted and phone complaint made. Nowit is 18 days later and no response. I sent in another online complaint stating that I was looking for some kind of a response(since they still have my money and I want to know how to get it back) and the reply I get is confirming how seriously they takecomplaints and they will "re-forward" the message to the local office. Food is what you'd expect for McDonald's... when they get the order right. Tried this location on 3 separate occasions. Order... wrong the first time - didn't realize until I got home so just went with it. Order was right the second time but took 20-25minto actually come out. Order not even close the third time (ordered burger, got nuggets). Again didn't realize until getting homeand went back - staff extremely rude. Read more
As I was walking into this location with my children for an on the run dinner, I said "this is my favorite mcdonalds!" However... within 5 minutes I regretted that statement. To begin, I really wanted something that wasn't offered any longer, which I didn'tknow, so that's on me, so no big deal, I didn't know salads were off the menu. Then, as my children waited with their drinks inhand, we stood at the counter for 10 minutes because there were no straws available. Two separate employees ignored me andwalked by me as I politely asked if we could get a couple of straws, then a third employee came from the back with his owndrink, saw that there were no straws and turned around and got only one straw for himself and once again I very very nicelyasked if I could have some for myself and children and they just walked right by. A fourth employee came out and I asked againand she seemed absolutely put out by my request. We took our food to our table and sat down ate our meal, finished, cleaned ourspace and I went up for a cup of coffee... I cannot express the surprise that for the very first time, my coffee was Lukewarm atbest..normally this is never an issue... I absolutely mean it when I say that myself and children were beyond patient andunderstanding...we were polite, cordial, and for some reason we were given the worst experience. ... never again.
