Well I personally am not a huge fan of Sonic just because the prices are a little too high...., in fairness, every place is... getting higher. But they don't have a dollar menus or two dollar menu or anything like that like some other fast foodrestaurants. Sorry Sonic and sonic lovers. I will say when we go their food is very good! I love the burgers and chili cheesetots. My husband likes to go there sometimes...so if he wants to go we will go. This day tho he ordered some kind of slushy andI ordered a diet coke. His slushy was too "syrupy" if that's a word lol. We had to wait an extremely long time just for the twodrinks. But I have to say the girl that took our order was working very hard, harder than the others I saw. She was kind,polite, she extremely sweet. If it wasn't for her the whole visit would've ended in us never going back but she brightened upthe day with her cheerful smile and attitude! Went to the one in gatesville and my order came to 10.27 I gave the person 20.02 she gave me back the 9 bucks then had the nerve... to ask me if I wanted the 75 cent...I mean all the nerve uf she wouldn't have acted like she was going to keep it she may havegotten a small tip ...also when I got home with my food the burger looked like it was just thrown together and the onion ringswas so hard that I couldn't eat them.... If I could give a rating of zero, I would. We stopped in for shakes. Had to tell the girl 3 times our simple order, which was a... medium strawberry shake and a large peanut butter reeces shake. At first, they tried to add peanut butter to the strawberryshake. Said they were fixing it. Then they brought out a peanut butter shake (not even on the menu) with reeces added to it andover charged us because they added reeces. It wasn't even what we ordered. When we complained, the manager came out, was rudeand said it wasn't her fault. What ever happen to customer service? They don't have any. We got our money back and left. Don'tgo here! Read more
