This place used to be good. I ordered two chicken fried rice dishes, one sesame beef. It cost almost $40.00 with tip for pick up... (not sure why I tipped). Anyway the rice was mushy and bland, and the sesame beef was not edible, it was extremely salty. I amweary of when restaurants use too much salt, it often means they are hiding something. The portions were tiny, and not value foryour money. This low value, poor quality of food guarantees we won't be coming back. Read more
Great place to go on a budget, but you do get what you pay for in terms of the food.
My husband and I ordered maybe a couple weeks ago. We usually have a go to for Chinese food but decided to try something new.... The food here tastes pretty good but unfortunately the quantities are just not worth it. The lemon chicken and General Taochicken came in an okay size but what shocked us the most was the fried salt and spicy squid. It tasted good but we paid $15 for13 little pieces of squid meaning we paid $1.15 per small piece. I?ve never been surprised seeing Chinese food and I thoughtthis had to be a mistake. We have no problem paying for good food but I?ll never be able to justify paying that much for Chinesefood where I can actually count the small pieces. The portions are a rip off!! We ordered 5 dishes for 75$ and could barely feed 3 adults and a small kid. We ordered #48 which... comes literally with a 1/4 cup of actual beef meat for 12$. We called them wondering if it was a mistake considering the verysmall portion. They couldn?t care less and we could hear the cook yelling in the background saying meat was expensive.
