Food was absolutely delicious. Free parking behind the restaurant so you don?t need to worry about finding a spot. The table... hôte option (including a starter, appetizer, main course and dessert) is a excellent value. Great cozy and authentic date nightrestaurant. Wine is wonderful as well. Highly recommend. I brought my friend from out of town here for dinner on Tuesday evening and was blown away with the quality of food and service.... We both enjoyed the escargot and leek starter, which was absolutely exquisite. It featured a phyllo pastry wrapped package ofescargot served in a delicate creme sauce. We followed this with a pork dish which can only be described as having theequivalent in flavour to the beautiful fall colours which we are enjoying this season. The dish demonstrated a thoughtfulbalance of sweet and savory root vegetables that complimented the pork tenderloin. Finally we topped the meal off with a classiccreme brulee and two very special cappucinos! Extra mention must be made to the delicious homemade butter that was presentedalong with warmed buns at the beginning of service. Apart from the food, the atmosphere was homey and relaxed due to thewelcoming staff. I will be recommending Le Stena to all! Read more
