Staff is slow and not following basic rules. Closed the indoor part early, cash closed 7 mins early. Took my order but not my... friend that was right behind me.... worst service at a McDonald's ever. Also closed self serve order panels. DO NOT go therelate nights. Read more

This place is horrible. The service is always awful and we waited 30 minutes to get cold food. Everytime I go there they... manage to screw something up but today took the cake. I'm really not impressed. It's like they do it on purpose. People thatarrived 20 minutes after us got there food before us. I had to ask the clerk where are order was and he said they didn't evenstart it yet. I think they would have not even done my order if I would have not had said something so I would still be therewaiting. We were looking for breakfast and after seeing some free parking spots close to the door, we decided to go. The cashier was very... polite and friendly. I should have asked for his name, because he fast and calmly took our order. I appreciated the fact that hewas bilingual, as he took the order in English from my wife and myself, and in French from my daughter. He also politely advicedus on getting our food delivered to the table. The wait was minimal and the complicated large order (yes, our bad) was ready ina few minutes. Famous for missing items! and they do not care. we just Ubereats ordered and the drink for the combo was missing so was the... Happy meal. imagine your hungry kid when everyone gets their food and he doesn't. ya. i even asked the driver on the app todouble check the order but he couldn't cause they seal the bag. I tried to call the restaurant 7 times in a row no oneanswered. I feel like a Karen, but this is seriously a terrible McD's.
