The staff at this Pizza Hut are excellent. It is one of the busiest "Hut's" I've encountered, and the pizza is always hot,... cooked properly, and ready for pickup when it is supposed to be ready. No change in service since they shifted locations to theadjacent plaza. Read more

I use to order from the Gatineau location on Gerber St ALL the time and as of lately, they are always closed no matter what time... of day it is! I am very displeased with Pizza Hut because their website shows that they are open until 11pm and yet there is noservice from the app or through on-line ordering! I have been trying to order for the past month now from them, and it is alwaysthe same issue. I had to physically call the customer service for Pizza Hut and they informed me that this location is closeduntil February ???? The least Pizza Hut could have done was announce this on their website instead of sying that they are openuntil 11pm or maybe they could have sent an email or some type of notification to inform their customers of this location beingshut down!! Very pathetic and unprofessional service by Manager. I had called to order a medium pizza which was for 9.99$, the manager said... ok but when i went to pickup my order he gave me a large pizza and charged me 20$. Moreover he said that he is giving me adiscount as if he was doing me a favour. I was already paying more for the pizza which I didn?t order. Read more

There was a issue on the location on their... website as they moved to a more profitable location they still had their old location made people confused and upset.
