Service is always friendly, but the food quality at this location is not consistent. Chicken is often overcooked, ribs are... usually ok. Compared to many other St Hubert locations this place needs to pay more attention to food quality. Overall StHubert's is a reasonably priced restaurant for the family, but it is very location specific when it comes to food quality. Read more

Don't go to this place if you don't speak French. The server refused to communicate in English or get someone to translate. We... could not communicate our meal selection to her..... What a pity.... The menu held such promise..... But we will never know.....Just an FYI to the management team..... Your restaurant is located in a popular tourist destination. It may be very helpful toyour patrons and your profitability to ensure your staff understand this and are willing to communicate in English as it is oneof Canada's official languages. Read more
While St-Hubert’s food it’s self is pretty good all things given that it’s a chain in Quebec/some parts of Ottawa, that... doesn’t mean the service should be ungodly slow. It took literally a min or 2 get a drink but took literally 15+ mins forthem to take my order while the guy next to me it took maybe 5 mins. Inconsistency seems to be the name of the game because thesame waitress that helped me out out the gentleman next to me at the bar. Overall good place but the slowness can be downfallfor some for sure. Read more

Went to this establishment last weekend during it seemed like a non-busy time so I was surprised that the order took as long as... it did. Ordered a chicken noodle soup which had way too many noodles and the broth was salty and didn't taste much likeanything. Also had chicken club. The gravy was good. You could drink it out of the cup which is what happened. The sandwich wasblase and didn't have much flavor. The bacon, the lettuce, the tomato all to be desired. The toast. I don't know what happenedbut it just seems like it didn't turn out the way it should have and I'm not sure why. The fries were good and the gravy wasgood. Read more
