Very rude and unprofessional staff, I was told to "shhhh" and the guy gave me bread that had been sitting on the counter since... we walked in, also didn't ask us if we wanted it toasted or not. He toasted mine but didn't my husbands. I recommend y'all getsome new better staff bc with that guy y'all are gonna lose a lot of customers. Extremely rude staff and poor service. May be too many tourists so they don?t really care.
I don?t recommend eating here, at all. Today, around 12, I attempted to eat at this establishment. I was greeted with ?HELLO??... upon being next in line. I apologized, as my AirPods were in. I attempted to order a 6 inch sub but got ignored on the majorityof my wishes, including toasting/heating it. When I said ?no? to the double protein option, my sub was thrown into the toaster.I attempted to ask the employee 3 times about my sub but she was making another sandwich I believe. I attempted to ask anotherworker to retrieve my sub, got ignored again. After another couple minutes of being ignored or briefly looked at by theemployees, I gave up and left without eating. If anyone is wondering, I did wait for the employee to become available, ratherthan interrupting them. I don?t want anything redeemable and I didn?t pay for anything. My recommendation for anyone wantingsubway is to go to the one next door to Family Dollar. The employees are very polite and the food always taste great.
