Very dirty and unorganized. Staff complained they essentially weren't ready for the day and still had prep to do in the back.... Answered a personal phone call and talked to each other about the call while working. Soda machine wasn't working. Bathroomcompletely covered in mold. Avoid. Read more
Stopped on Sunday evening about 6:30. No one else was in there. Guy behind the counter was doing something like sweeping... something into a dustpan. I gave him a couple of minutes to finish up with what he was doing. He then had to talk to someoneelse that was working. He then had to wash his hands and dry them off. With each action he slowed down more and more. We finallywalked out. It was kinda funny how slow he became. My guess is that he received the same pay whether we received our sandwichesor not and if we left he did not have to make the sandwiches. Good luck to all. Read more

Went on way back down from northern Michigan. Buns were hard. Messy preparation and sub contents were all over the paper.... Wouldn?t let me just get a small sub for a 4 yr old. Had to buy a 5.99 meal. Place was absolutely filthy. Extremely gross. Hadto use bathroom as we were traveling. Filthy. No paper towels. Staff was hard to explain.
