The worker advised me it was ok to run and grab my toddlers from daycare and come back that my smoothie would be ready when I... got back!!!!!!I literally sat in 10 mins of traffic going and 10 mins back to this location!!!! Yesterday, I purchased 3 smoothies in the drive-thru at the Smoothie King location near Dutchtown Pharmacy. The server was not... wearing a mask and leaned out the window to give me the smoothies. The Governor's Order currently requires that servers wearmasks. We will not be going back. Read more

First thing, if you expect customer service, don?t go late at night. It?s a hit or miss with that night crew; sometimes you?ll... get a really good person at the window and other times, you?ll get a lazy kid who you can tell their age by the personalconversations they have loudly while serving customers. The next thing is, I pulled up at 8:55 pm to order and was told theywere closed and the person in the drive thru speaker said it like I was aggravating him by pulling up 5 minutes before closing,HOWEVER, if you close at 9, then orders should be taken up until 9pm but clearly they do this on a nightly basis cuz you couldsee they were all ready to go but just didn?t turn the OPEN sign off.
