I am very impressed with how fast the employees were hustling to fulfill all of the orders when I patronized this location on... the weekend. The drive-thru line was extremely long, due to the popular location of this Dunkin'. The inside carryout line wasalso a decent length. However, I was highly impressed with the enthusiasm shown by all employees to keep both lines moving in avery efficient manner. Job well done by everyone. I am a regular costumer here. I always get quick and friendly service. When it is busy, yes you do have to wait a little longer,... but the employees always get the orders out as quickly as they can. Every time I?ve seen someone talk to an employee about adrink or order needing to be fixed they immediately apologize and correct the mistake. Will continue going here rather than thelongneck location; only downside is trying to get back on the highway. I appreciate all the friendly staff my coffee is alwaysamazing ???? Read more
My only major gripes with this location are: Getting back onto the highway from their shared entry/exit with the hotel can be... tricky - especially during peak tourist traffic. Truckers are usually nice enough to create a break for you, though. Wheneverthere's a new batch of employees (think summer or holiday staff), you need to double-check your order before driving away.
