Absolutely horrible. Every time I visit this location you wait for about 15 mins in the driveway. Recently sat at the drive... thru order microphone and no answer after saying hello multiple times. I then drove to the window and was told I need to goback thru the drive thru as they cannot take my order unless the sensor is tripped at the driveway or come inside. Aftersitting there for now 20 mins I chose to leave. I asked to speak to the manager and get the same answer. If I was themanager there I would of said let me get your order and went to a register and placed the order and rang it up instead oftelling a customer to drive thru again and sit for another 15-20 mins. Most times you will see people waiting so long theyleave the drive thru line. Read more
Placed an order for pickup and had to wait over 20 minutes inside only to find out that they didn't have the ingredients to... complete my order. Now I have to submit a refund request online. Never again, will I order from here. Read more

I've had mixed experiences here over the years through different management but unfortunately there have been more bad than good... experiences (although there have been some good- hence I give them more chances occasionally). Tonight sucked though- 40 minutesto get all parts of my order. What appeared to be the manager kept telling food runners he had already made things they wereasking for- the runners were giving out partial orders to the wrong people I suppose. After getting all of my order, the kid whotook the orders kept snickering because he knew he messed up but was amused. Read more

Went in about 8:30 with my children, I ordered a famous bowl and 2 classic chicken sandwiches, my daughter went to order a... chicken sandwich and we were told they only had the 2, she was disappointed and started to order some Taco Bell. She was toldthey didn't have 1 or 2 items on that menu, so she ordered a quesadilla, a burrito and something else. We stood around another20 minutes while I'll assume the manager (male) started disappearing. The 4-5 employees making food were having a good time, wewere not. 1 employee had come to the front and addressed the manager that we were waiting for our food. He came around and madethe bowl and 2 sandwiches and told us he was waiting on the Taco Bell. Another employee had placed a bag of food on the insidecounter, we stood there another 15 minutes only for someone to realize that bag was ours. Normally I would have asked for arefund and walked out, when you have kids at 9:00 at night, you grin and bear it. Terrible.
