2 times we?ve been to this location and they never have a lot of their food, only 1-2 servers, and seating is slow. But only 2... tables occupied in the whole restaurant. I understand people don?t want to work but if your servers can?t handle more than 1table at time and you don?t have a working manager it?s time to close the doors. Read more
Recently moved to Texas and each location I?ve been to has been horrible when it comes to service and quality. I finally found a... location that I love that?s not too far from me it?s on 750 S. interstate 35 in Georgetown Texas. I am a general manager inhospitality and have been for a long time I?ve been in the food and beverage industry for quite some time now and I have to saythe hard work and dedication these ladies have here the quality of service the quality of food the atmosphere the cleanlinessand again just all-around amazing customer service is why this is the only location I will be going to moving forward. I just have to give a HUGE shout out to Angell! Y'all, she was working by herself. The whole front end!! She was super sweet,... great attitude, and on top of it! Not sure how many were in the kitchen but they were on top, too. We ordered and had our foodquick and the food was hot. I have ways liked IHOP. The food is excellent and the service has usually been pretty good. We had a coupon for $10 dollars... off the total bill. The waitress told us that they couldn't honor the coupon because their cash register showed that the couponwas expired and.they could not honor it. This was pretty disheartening as it was sent to my sister as a promotion for herbirthday. This appears to be a bait and switch fraud violation. I won't ever go there again and management needs to beadmonished for their fraudulent promotions. Even though I gave the rotten restaurant a 4 star; it was because the waitstaffprovided fair service and the food was tasty. Corporate should look into the mismanagement of this restaurant. Really Short staffed. Not 24 hours either. Parking lot is not lit up enough and cannot see restaurant from the interstate at... night. Breakfast was good. Crepes were small.
