Incredibly bad experience. They were out of bacon and pancakes at breakfast, when I pulled up to the window the attendant... informed me they were also out of drink carriers. The take out bag looked like someone had thrown the food into it, the frieswere upside down and they also didn?t include the dipping sauces for my kid?s nuggets. Total clown show, they didn?t even answerthe phone when I called to complain. Read more
Food was not great. Sourdough Jack bread could not have been on the grill more than 10 seconds. Fountain drink tasted off, like... the concentrate was old. On the positive side, the person who took my order and payment was friendly. Read more
Terrible location. Under staffed and the staff they have don?t care. Normally I don?t leave 1 star reviews because I understand... customer service business. However this is the third time in 2 weeks that this location has either messed up a order orcompletely forgot half the order. They should close this location down. Read more
To the drive thru employee that went out of thier way to make sure we got our tacos even though we had to drive down the road to... a second JITB, THANK YOU for making sure we got what we wanted while traveling! And u where right it was only a minute away, urdirections were also clear. U made us so happy we even got some to bring home! Read more
