Their customer service is on point!!!! Their food is great and it looks like they actually care about their customers. Ive gone... to other sonics (in love with their onion rings) and THIS particular location is the BEST!! Onion rings are alwys perfectlymade. The timing from when u put in the order is perfect! Good food services usually grate. I got yelled at while ordering because I can't read or speak fast enough. Felt discrimination... just for being physically slow talking speach problems. But still grate place for food. Read more
The staff here couldn?t make slushes accurately if their life depended on it. I order via the app, so they have it printed in... front of them! Still, they always omit the add-ons. Today was the fourth time that they disappointed my kids who spent theirhard-earned allowance. Never again. Read more
