A great place for a cool beer and lunch after a hot morning exploring the shops and market. The staff were friendly and the... service was great. A nice range of beers on tap and bottled. We can recommend their sandwiches too. 2 TV options for watchingsport that weren't intrusive on us chatting. On the day (Saturday afternoon) we went, there was some live music (guitarist)which gave the place a great vibe. We wished we had bought a cooler with us as their fresh meat looked great, already for abarbecue. Read more
The Georgetown melt was really good. The turkey BLT we thought didn?t have much turkey. Husband is a fan of the 32 oz beers you... can walk around with. The service (at the bar) was really good, everyone checks on you. Wish they had side options other thanchips. Read more
Great place. We pass this place all the time and finally went in. Very good sandwiches. It?s a butcher shop also so I have to... try that. A bit of a wait but we were told when we ordered. They cut the meat for each order so I expected a bit of time. Wellworth the wait. The Cuban was excellent. I?m going back to try the others. Read more
Sandwiches were not good - looked good but definitely not good. Turkey BLT - tasted the turkey but the bacon was Canadian style... I guess and was soft not crispy. Wife had the chicken. She said it was tough / chewy like leather and for some reason theyused a hair to season it with. You get a bag of chips. $11 for the sandwich and a bag of chips. Plus it took about 15-20minutes to make them. The presentation did look good. Unfortunately - they did not taste as good as they looked. One bigpositive - they do have Texas Pride beer on draft. The brisket was very chewy and probably needed to be heated before putting onto the sandwiches. The placeis nice and the beer is good but I wouldn?t come here for food.
