We waited 45 minutes for our food and after noticing others that came after us were getting there orders I asked what was going... on and they said they lost our ticket. I asked how long where you going to let us sit there before you came over and retook ourorder? Judging by the blank stare of our waitress I realized it was time to go elsewhere, no offer to make things right, didn'tretake the order, I mean nothing. I gave 2 stars because I've been there before and it was a pleasant experience but when youhave 3 kids 8, 4 and 1 waiting on food for that amount of time and no one came to check on us is absolutely unacceptable.
