Horrible service. The servers completely ignored Our presence and attended to other customers and their orders. When I brought... it to their attention they gave the excuse they were understaffed And the guy I spoke with said he was not responsible for theice cream counter and would have to wait for his associate to attend to us. Meanwhile, they continued to fill other peoplesorders that came in after us and the drive-through. Read more
I went to the Wisteria location and asked if there were peanuts in the Rocky Road ice cream. I wanted to buy it for my son and... explained to the cashier that I wanted to know because my son has peanut allergies. The cashier was very rude and said ?I don?tknow.? I asked her if she could find out for me and she replied ?You can go on Dunkin Donuts online and find out for yourself ?I told her that the ingredients are labeled in front of the flavors and if she could go check for me. She rudely said?No! Goonline and look for yourself!? If you work in customer service, you need to know your products and by law you need to know forallergy purposes. Will not come here again.
