Great place for fried chicken. Large seating place and mouth watery spicy signature fried Chicken. Any part of chicken with the... spicy sauce is really delicious. It is a must try dish. If you want more spicy, try Fiery Spicy option. Chicken are made toorder. We have been regular customers for 4 years. One suggestion is that the consistency of the fried chicken. Most of the timeit was juicy, some times it is dry. Drive through, wheel chair accessible entrance, clean restrooms. Entrances faces east andNorth. Sitting tables, high tables, sofa style and also separated large group seating area available. Hi-chairs for toddlers.Bar area. We moved out of the county, but we still come down to this place. And I recommend it. Read more

I went there with parents for a casual lunch. But, we were so disappointed. It was very slightly rainy. The floor of the... restaurant was very slippery. It was very hard to walk on it. We had to hold the chairs and move. Not sure it is slippery allthe time or just that day. There were only a cashier and a waitress. They were very polite. But, they were too busy to servedinne-in customers. We had to sit there without any service for 20 minutes. I couldn?t wait and go to the cashier to placeorder directly. And after the lunch, we had waited for half an hour since the cashier said he would brought boxes for us.Finally, I had to went to the cashier and got the boxes myself. One of the boxes was so disgusting - a big dried mark of soup orsauce in it. I returned it immediately. As for the food, it was so so. Yes, you can be fed up for sure. I will not go thereany more. I bought the Katsu Chicken for $15. It?s overcooked dry chicken breast breaded in over fried bread crumbs on top of dry rice.... Didn?t even come w shredded lettuce or anything. It was disgusting. Obviously none in the kitchen care about food quality. Ifyou can?t pull off something as overpriced and simple as this, you can?t pull off anything else. I?ll never come back to thisplace. Read more

We enjoy Bonchon but don't go often because the wait for making the chicken tends to be long. However, it was fairly short this... time maybe because we didn't get the drumsticks? The server was attentive and the food was delicious. Our only comment is thatthe chicken chunks aren't big on the Crunchy Chicken Bowl so double frying them made them hard and not as juicy. Everything elsewas great! Read more
