Sat at a table that was full of water because of a leak from the ceiling. Came to take my order...saw the water, but didn't... clean it up. Brought me an orange juice, saw the water once again, and still didn't clean it up. Bought me my food, but still,didn't clean the water. If I could give no stars I would. There is a server that just goes around complaining about her job and about people taking... things away from her and when we tried to be sitter she gave us attitude and she was being really rude about 4 to a table but mydaughter was the 5th person she is tiny and fit in the booth with us and she proceeded to be rude about it and I guess herboyfriend was there in a both by himself and I tried to explain that the define prints says 2 to a booth and why was there oneguy there when we could had used the table to sit us all by each other. I'm coming from Georgia and this is honestly the worstwaffle with the worst service ever. My daughter loves waffle house so it was sad that we had to go and find another place to eatbecause of this poor attitude and I understand bad days but she just kept complaing about her job if you don't like it findsomething else. We have a super, super nice waitress! Her name was Stella and she made our night. She had a beautiful smile and was so sweet.... Why can't the world have more Stella's!!!! This was the Germantown Parkway location across the street from Starbucks on 11/06/2026. The female server never offered refills... on the coffee. My hashbrown looked liked it had been scrubbed across the grill with black burnt chips in it. The grits was goodand Texas sandwich was too (3 stars). The service was just poorly done at this WH compared to any other locations I been to.Very appalled. Read more
