Google maps says temporarily closed, but they are open, but only for drive thru. That said, they are only technically only open... for drive thru if you have at least 1 hour to wait for your food. I've tried stopping here 2-3 times in the last couple months, but each time I left the drive thru line after it didn't move for about 10-15 minutes with there still being 4-5 cars ahead ofme. This is likely the slowest I've ever seen a place operate. They may as well not even be open. I certainly won't botherever trying their drive thru line again and I'm not sure I'll stop back if and when they ever do open their dining room again. If you're hankering for some Taco Bell... keep driving, you're not likely to be able to get any here. Read more

I ordered $45 worth of taco bell. The tacos were slapped together with little in them. They also shorted us two items. I tried... to call to report, they just hang up on you. Don't go to the one on county line TRD. Terrible food and service Read more

Truly shocking that a taco bell of all fast food places is almost never open past 6pm. Even before 6pm you're likely to be hit... with the "sorry we're not taking orders right now." I worked in "fast" food so I understand the struggle of staffing, but afterworking in the area of this taco bell for nearly a year, the management must be abominable or nonexistent despite the "under newmanagement" sign in the window. First off - what makes the supreme taco ?supreme??literally two ingredients (sour cream and tomatoes). If 50% of that ?supreme?... status is missing?why are the customers being charged for supreme tacos at all?! Also - why aren?t the customers being notifiedof the shortage so they can decide if they want to put the full increase for food they won?t actually receive properly. Second- my intentions of calling where to originally just let them know of their error. Being a former QRS manager (for 7+ years) Ialways like to give teams a heads up or opportunities to make it right. But instead I was treated with an argumentative attitudeand discover poor execution of problem solving by the management team. Your ?under new management sign? isn?t going to do muchfor business if your customers are treated worse then under the previous manager. Team Lyders, get your act together. Extremelydisappointed in the lack of professionalism and crude attitude of your employees. Also - employees loudly yelling, laughing, leaning on counters, and standing around while your drive through is wrapped and cars are experiencing long waits looks awful.Send one of those counter leaders out to clean your parking lot. Worst customer service ever! Management get a grip on employees!! This is a 0 rating. I will never go to this location again. I... will never complain about slow service and am never rude about a mixed up order. It happens and were human. What I don'ttolerate is being disrespected and talked down to as a customer. That was my experience today through the drive thru. The girlwas so disrespectful and condescending that I left without bothering with the rest of my order after being rudely told theydidn't have an item, talking among employees making it hard to understand, being told abruptly to hold on and waiting 3minutes. What topped it off was when I asked if they had a specific new item and the girl rudely said " do you see it on themenu, if you do we have it. Read more
