For a first-time visit to Panera bread, this was something new and refreshing. The staff was able to help me understand what I'd... like to order. I ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich, which was fantastic. The various drink options are something to behold,especially the charged lemonade ????. While waiting, I took in the atmosphere, which was something to envy, a modern look forfast food. I look forward to coming back sometime soon; I hope they keep up the great work. Read more
Had a large order for 8. Picked up after ordering online. They did miss my ice coffee an a sandwich but didn't give me a hard... time making it for me. Good fast food that is not like fast food is always good in my book. Read more
Wow, I am beyond impressed with the experience I just had with this location! We are visiting the area and staying with family... at a camp about 15 minutes away. For an easy breakfast we ordered delivery from Panera through the Panera app but upon deliverywe noticed some missing cream cheese tubs that we paid for, so I called them up and explained it was no rush but if there's anythey can help get the spread to us I would give another tip or else give us a refund that would be awesome. ( I explained Iwould rather get a refund and give the workers the money rather then give it to corporate Panera) The girl on the phone was verynice and understanding of the whole situation and assured me they would take care of it one way or another. About 30 minuteslater a random vehicle showed up to the campsite we were at and it was a worker from Panera in Gettysburg with the spread wepaid for AND and huge family size cheese danish for the inconvenience. I told him that's way beyond my expectations and thankedhim for going out of his way for us. He once again said that his whole location took ownership for the mistake and it's theleast they could do. If I could give no stars and still be able to leave a comment I would. I found a nail in my messy put together sandwich. My... husband had a half of a chicken salad sandwich and it was constructed so sloppy that he couldn't eat it as a sandwitch. We aretraveling so we couldn't turn around and when I called no one answered the phone. It wasn't busy when we were there, we were theonly ones being waited on and two people walked in 5 minutes after we placed the order so there wasn't a rush. Obviously Ididn't finish my sandwich after I spit out the bite that had the finger nail in it. Nasty Nasty Nasty. Poor quality, poorservice, don't waste your money if you actually care about the quality of food you are receiving. Keep trying this place, hoping for a change.. and it did, by getting worse. This will be our last attempt. WAY too much money... for soup and sandwiches. Staff is fairly clueless, inexperienced, and timid. Next time we'll take our 32 bucks and go have areal meal at a diner. Read more
